Cisgender is the term used to designate people whose gender identity matches their sexual phenotype.
Interestingly, despite the fact that much of the population is likely cisgender, many people never consider themselves as such.
Maybe it's because these people have never had to worry about this.
They have never had to try to explain that they do not identify with the gender assigned to them at birth.
Being cisgender has nothing to do with your sexual orientation. You can be gay or lesbian and be cisgender.
It is highly recommended to use this term to avoid using terms that may be derogatory such as "normal".

Resulta curioso el hecho de que a pesar de que gran parte de la población sea probablemente cisgénero, muchas personas nunca se consideran a sí mismas como tal.
Quizás sea porque estas personas nunca han tenido que preocuparse de esto.
Nunca han tenido que tratar de explicar que se no se identifican con el género que les fue asignado al nacer.
Ser cisgénero no tiene que ver con tu orientación sexual. Puedes ser gay o lesbiana y ser cisgénero.
