Agender has several meanings, but it is usually understood as an undefined gender identity or the declaration of having no gender or that it is neutral.
Is it the same asexual and gender?
Not necessarily. Asexual refers to the sexual impulse or desire.
But ... you always have to have gender, right?
Gender is a cultural issue. Many times we believe that everything is governed according to our behavioral parameters, however, just as there are other ways of being and feeling different from ours, there are also other ways of "classifying" genres. Returning to gender, in Thailand there are the Kathoey, they are people identified as men at birth but who either do not feel represented by their gender (transsexuality) or who decide to have a feminized physical appearance. In the Hawaiian culture there are māhū, which are explained in the video below.

No tiene porqué. Asexual hace referencia al impulso o deseo sexual.

El género es una cuestión cultural. Muchas veces creemos que todo se rige según nuestros parámetros de comportamiento, sin embargo al igual que hay otras formas de estar y sentir diferentes a la nuestra, también hay otras formas de entender los géneros.

Volviendo al agénero, en Tailandia existen los y las Kathoey,son personas identificadas como hombres al nacer pero que o bien no se sienten representadas por su género (transexualidad) o que deciden tener una apariencia física feminizada. En la cultura hawaiana existen las māhū, que son explicadas en el vídeo más abajo.

Bisexual

ENG:  Bisexual is usually understood as romantic attraction or sexual attraction to both men and women. In other words, being a man who likes men or women indistinctly or being a woman who likes both men and women. Being bisexual is NOT being gay or lesbian. Below I leave you a link belonging to the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend TV show in which one of the characters openly declares himself bisexual, parodying some of the many stereotypes that bisexual people have to live with. Personally I would highlight this part: Being bi doesn't imply that you're A "playa" or a "slut." Sure, I like sex! Many times bisexual people have to live with the idea of them as people with an exacerbated sexual desire.
